Among other items, the Board will consider adoption of a resolution to oppose the transport of coal by freight through Sonoma County. RCPA staff will also give an overview of Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN) programs designed to increase energy efficiency of homes, apartments, and commercial buildings in Sonoma County.
