If you’re like many people, the climate crisis is so overwhelming, it can stop you right in your tracks. “How can I possibly make a difference?” you might ask. As Paul Hawken advises, we need to do all climate actions, but no one can do it all. So choose something you’re passionate about and simply get started – ideally along with other people.
 
A few members of 350 Petaluma have decided to do just that – by helping to address the problem of food waste in Petaluma.

If food waste, social justice, your wallet, and climate matter to you, please join us for our next 350 Petaluma meeting via Zoom on Thursday, November 18, 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Members of Zero Waste Petaluma will bring ideas for addressing food waste in Petaluma and we can brainstorm ways to tie our efforts into the Cool City Challenge. We’d love your input – and any other ideas you might have to actively involve more residents in climate action in 2022 and beyond.

We'd love to have you involved in this exciting new project! Plus, it's Thanksgiving, a time to appreciate the harvest and share the bounty. Let's honor all of our food by putting it to good use!
